Flavors

Although the selection of cakes is not extensive, it is extremely refined. I have spent years testing each cake and finding the recipes that taste amazing and will be enjoyed by the customer (that's you).

  • Yellow Butter
  • Lemon Butter
  • Chocolate Butter
  • Devil’s Food
  • Red Velvet
  • Marble
  • Peanut Butter
  • Wacky Cake (egg-free chocolate cake)
  • Mint Chocolate
  • Sugar Cookie
  • Coconut

  • American Buttercream
    • This is the traditional, familiar American buttercream made with powdered sugar, butter and shortening. This frosting tends to have a thicker consistency and is more on the sweet side. It's usually favored by children and pairs well with cupcakes.
    • Vanilla
    • Lemon (made with Lemon Curd)
    • Cookes & Cream
    • Chocolate Chip
    • Whipped Ganache
    • Strawberry
    • Raspberry
    • Peppermint
    • Caramel
    • White Chocolate
    • Coconut
    • Peanut Butter
  • Swiss Meringue Buttercream
    • This is more traditional for wedding cakes and is my favorite frosting for cakes in general. It's made with a meringue base with butter whipped into it, which gives it a mousse-like, creamy texture. This frosting tends to be a bit less sweet overtly sweet than American buttercream and is usually favored by adults.
    • Vanilla
    • Lemon (made with Lemon Curd)
    • Chocolate Chip
    • Whipped Ganache
    • Strawberry
    • Raspberry
    • Peppermint
    • Caramel
    • White Chocolate
    • Coconut
    • Peanut Butter
  • Mixed Flavors
    • Flavors for either buttercreams can also be combined upon request (for example, raspberry whipped ganache, chocolate chocolate chip or white chocolate coconut)
  • Marshmallow Fondant
    • Fondant provides the perfectly smooth finish to a cake. It's usually chosen specifically for the presentation, since few guests tend to eat it (instead peeling it off and eating the frosting and cake underneath).
    • I make my own marshmallow fondant by hand, so a fondant layer over the cake adds 20% to the base price. If you want deep or dark colors of fondant like deep red or blue, or black (for covering the cake, not just decorating work), I do have to order those, so those are subject to additional cost, depending on how much will need to be ordered. Be aware, however, that deeper colors of fondant will likely dye your guests' mouths, due to how much dye is necessary to achieve those colors.
